The talented siblings are back with their best album yet

Have you heard of Cattle & Cane? If you haven’t, you’re missing out: they make achingly beautiful folk music with some of the prettiest harmonies we’ve heard for a long time, and we can’t get enough of them. If you’ve never listened to them before, this is a great place to start; it’s called Make Your Vision, and it’s ace:

Who doesn’t love behind-the-scenes photos

If you like that, we’ve got some good news for you: the band have got a new album coming out on April 28th. It’s called Mirrors, and we can confirm that it’s absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, we’re not allowed to share it with you just yet. 😞

Still, it’s not all bad news. The brilliant Jodie Canwell followed the band around during their recording sessions for Mirrors, and she was there to capture every harmony, piano note, and guitar strum. Have a look at this great video she put together of the band’s sessions at Brussels’ ICP Studios, for example:

These photos are really, really cool

Not bad, eh? We didn’t think so either. That’s why we were so chuffed when Jodie gave us a bunch of her 35mm photos from the band’s sessions, and agreed to let us exclusively publish them for the viewing pleasure of you lovely lot. Enjoy:
